Drive100 ("the App") is developed and provided by Drive100 ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user information. Drive100 is designed to operate entirely offline and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers or to third parties.

By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, upload, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically, the App does not collect:

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Location data
  • Contacts, photos, or files
  • Device identifiers
  • Usage analytics or behavior tracking
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Any information that can be used to identify or track you
  • The App does not connect to any external server, online database, or cloud service.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Drive100 uses local device storage (such as AsyncStorage) to save certain non-personal data so the App can function properly. This may include:

  • Question progress and practice history
  • Preferred language
  • Light/Dark mode settings
  • Other in-app preferences
  • All such data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. You may delete this data at any time by removing the App from your device.

3. No Third-Party Services or SDKs

The App does not integrate or use:

  • Advertising services
  • Analytics or tracking SDKs
  • Crash reporting tools
  • Third-party login providers
  • Any external services that collect data
  • Drive100 operates fully offline.

4. No Data Sharing or Selling

Because we do not collect data, we do not:

  • Share data with any third party
  • Sell or rent any data
  • Use data for marketing or tracking
  • Transfer data across borders

5. Data Security

All settings and progress data remain stored on your device. Your information is protected by your device's security features (such as passcode, Face ID, etc.). Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of server-side breaches.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any personal information from users of any age, including children under 13. Because no data is collected, the App complies with the principles of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because all data in Drive100 is stored locally on your device, you remain in full control of your information at all times. You may delete all locally stored data—including your practice progress, favorites, theme preferences, language settings, and any other personalized configurations—using one of the following methods:

  • Use the “Reset the application” option in the Settings screen, which clears all data stored by the App.
  • Uninstall the App, which also removes all data associated with Drive100 from your device.

No additional steps are required to request data deletion, and no information is retained by us once the data is deleted on your device. If you have any questions regarding your data, you may contact us using the email below.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be available through the same location where this policy is published. Your continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
