1. Purpose of the App

Drive100 is an educational tool designed to help users practice and review driving theory questions. The App operates entirely offline and stores all progress and settings locally on your device.

Drive100 is not affiliated with the SAAQ (Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec) or any governmental authority.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for general users. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

The App is not intended to provide legal, professional, or certified driving instruction.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App solely for:

• Personal, non-commercial learning and practice
• Reviewing content provided within the App
• You agree not to:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish the App’s content (including questions, images, and explanations)
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Sell, sublicense, or exploit any part of the App or its content

4. Educational Disclaimer (Important)

The content in Drive100 (including questions, explanations, and illustrations) is provided for learning reference only.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Timeliness
• Alignment with official SAAQ exams or requirements
• Using the App does not guarantee that you will pass any driving theory exam.
• We make no claims that the App represents official SAAQ exam material.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including but not limited to:

Practice questions

Scenario images and illustrations

Explanations and descriptions

App design, layout, and user interface

App name and logo

—is the exclusive property of YingHan Gao and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You receive no ownership of the content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse the content without written permission.

6. Local Data Storage

The App stores certain non-personal information locally on your device (e.g., progress, language settings, theme preferences). This data:

• Remains on your device
• Is under your control
• Can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App
• We do not have access to this data.

7. No Warranties (“AS IS”)

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• That the content will always be accurate
• That the App will meet your expectations
• That the App will function on all devices or operating systems

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YingHan Gao is not liable for:

• Loss of data, exam failure, device malfunction, or misunderstanding of content

Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively within courts located in Quebec, Canada.
